Subscription and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees & Billing

Fly Fly Act Accounting & Professional Services Limited ("FFA") operates on a monthly or annual subscription model for our online AI accounting platform. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All subscription fees, setup fees, and add-on service charges are strictly non-refundable.

Once a subscription period (monthly or annual) has commenced, no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rata credits will be issued for early cancellation or non-use of the platform, except as expressly provided under these terms or required by Hong Kong law.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that billing period concludes.

4. Technical Issues and Discretionary Refunds

In the rare event of a major platform failure or unresolvable service disruption that violates our Service Level Agreement (SLA), users may submit a written service review request. Any service credits, adjustments, or exceptional refunds are evaluated and granted entirely at FFA’s discretion.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects or restricts any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
